Here is a photo I took at the new Wal-Mart Supercenter that opened on Waldo Road earlier this week, the first ever to open in Gainesville. It was huge! The 207,000-square-foot store includes a grocery space, a garden center, a drive-through pharmacy, a McDonald's, a Southern Commerce Bank and other specialty stores inside the store. In other words, about 3.6 football fields could fit inside the store. Crazy huh?
